Reclaiming Your Light: Why The Bright Project Was Built for You
If you woke up this morning already feeling behind, running on the fumes of yesterday’s endless to-do list, I want you to take a deep, uninterrupted breath.
You are here. And you are exactly where you need to be. I understand your frustrations and endless looping thoughts that your mind is going through.
I created The Bright Project because I saw a quiet epidemic taking over the lives of brilliant, giving women and nothing was being done about it. You are the women who hold everything together, who show up for everyone else, and who are currently staring down the barrel of total burnout and exhaustion. Somewhere between meeting expectations and surviving the daily grind, it became incredibly hard to see yourself in a positive light.
That changes here.
The Bright Project isn’t just another wellness blog filled with generic platitudes. I am a behavior student with a background in psychology, who continues to grow my education every day for women like you. This space is built on a foundational truth: The same cup you see as half empty, you can realize is actually half full. My mission is to help you independently rebuild your mental headspace, not so you can just “get by,” but so you can feel genuinely proud of who you are. We look at self-improvement through a scientific, behavioral lens, breaking down the why behind your exhaustion and giving you actionable, psychological tools to overcome it.
The best part about noticing when something is broken is the opportunity to fix it.
